10 months
My little guy is getting so big so fast! He is crawling all over (army crawl) and is starting to say a few more words. He has dada and mama and sometimes we can get him to say "hi" and "bye, bye".

Monkey Bars
Monday was an eventful day for us. In the morning I thought Sean might have an ear infection so I called first thing and made him a dr. appointment for 10:30. At 10:10 I got a phone call from Nora's school saying she fell on the monkey bars and that it is a big cut and she will need to be looked at. Good thing I had an appointment in 20 min!! I left and headed to the dr. and Brian went and got Nora from school and brought her to the office.
They looked her over and said that the cut could be glued back together instead of stitches. The dr. said that Nora could do anything but go swimming for a week. Great! She was ready to head back to school-she wanted to show her war wounds! I took her back to school around 12:30.
At 2 I got another call from the school, Nora broke open her chin and it was bleeding. Wonderful! I called the dr. and they said to bring her back in. Sure enough she was doing the monkey bars at afternoon recess and fell and broke the cut back open. The dr. said that she couldn't do a stitches now because she already had the glue and it would leave a mark to stitch over the glue. So they went ahead and re-glued her chin.
After all these events I went home made supper and took all three kids to soccer. By 8 last night I was exhausted!
Nora was really brave the whole time at school and at the dr. I am glad she was ready to retry the monkey bars but maybe not so soon!

Dance Concert
Nora had her last dance concert this past weekend and of course our camera was not working so we didn't get a video of it. Nora did really well, they danced to two songs "Wishing and Hoping" and a song from Alladin. I am hoping that we can get someone else who taped it and I will then post it. Here are a few pictures that Brian's mom got until then.

Brian's Birthday
Brian turned 32 on May 16th so we celebrated a little throughout the day. Molly and I made him a cake in the morning and for lunch went and got him Pancheros. Then he got to coach Nora's soccer team that night. When we got home Brian's mom watched the kids and we got to go downtown for a few hours. We met up with Megg and Alex at The Summit and had a really good evening.
Birthday Burrito!
Funny that Nora told Brian that he was getting old, BUT don't worry because mom is a lot older! Not really true since I am also 32 right now...
Birthday Burrito!
Happy Birthday Daddy!!

Sean's Hair
I came home the other day and Molly says, "Look at Sean daddy put hair jello in his hair." Yep, Brian did put "hair jello" in his hair and this is what we got!
10 year anniversary trip
Brian and I will celebrate our ten year anniversary on June 8th. It is amazing what God has done in our lives over the past ten years! I feel so blessed to be married to someone who is so focused on our marriage and our family.
Marriage is hard work and when you have children it becomes even harder. One thing that has helped our marriage is the time that we get to spend together, without children. We decided for our ten year we would take a trip to Cozumel Mexico!! We went for an entire week, my mom came and stayed at our house with the kids, and it was amazing.
Top Highlights of Cozumel
1. We rented a car and went to the Caribbean side of the island. We spent the day driving down the coast just walking along beautiful beaches.
2. Breakfast each morning. We had a restaurant outside our room and each morning we would sit and talk and drink coffee for about an hour before we started our day of lounging.
3. The beaches and pools and my books. We really didn't do anything on our trip other than eat and lay by the pool or beach and our resort had really nice pools and beach area. I was able to finish five books on my trip. Good thing I started Fifty Shades of Grey there and could keep reading without interruption!
4. Evening dinners (did I mention we at a lot!). Each night we had dinner reservations and I loved getting ready each night. It was such a wonderful feeling to have time to get ready and dressed up.
5. The amount of deep and quality conversations Brian and I could have about our lives right now.
So we had an amazing trip and I am so thankful that my mom was able to be with our kids, what a wonderful anniversary present! We stayed at the Occidental Grand Resort, and it was amazing. Here are some of the photos we took

Iguana in Cozumel
In Cozumel we had these huge Iguanas that would come around the pool and just sit in the sun. Some people would try and feed them, against what the signs all said. Brian got a video of one lady trying to feed the Iguana and it bit her..so funny!! You have to watch until the very end to see the part where she gets bit, it is a little boring until then, sorry!

Soccer
Brian is coaching the girls soccer teams again this year. Nora is playing on Wednesdays on the Green Union and Molly plays on Mondays and she is the Orange Broncos. They really enjoy playing and Brian does a great job with both teams.
