Pot belly pig

My dad's friend lives in the city but has all these crazy animals at his house. He had a pool as well so we went swimming there and Nora got to pet all the animals. The pig is super friendly (it lived in their house for a short time) and Nora thought it was very cool.

Vacation in Indiana

I took the girls and went to Indiana to visit my family for a week. We had such wonderful weather, we played outside almost the entire time. Here are a few fun pictures from our week.

Fun with Grandpa

This is a picture of Nora riding on the motorcycle around the yard with my dad. Nora was so happy on it and was yelling, "let's go fast like the hawkeyes!"

Beach Week!!

For my 30th Birthday I got to take 7 of my girlfriends and go to North Carolina for a week at the beach. It was wonderful!!! My friends that went were; Amber (from Iowa), Rachel and Gretchen (from Goshen) Amanda (lives in Colorado but grew up in Goshen), Sarah, Melinda and Melaine (all from Virginia).

Our week consisted of eating, being at the beach, eating some more, and then sleeping. It was fun to have an all girls week and just relaxe. I missed my family and can't wait to take them to the beach next year.

New Bike

I found a toddler bike at a yard sale for 5$! I brought it home and Nora has been working on learning to ride it. She is doing great and we even rode all the way to the park the other night...she couldn't make it back but we made it there!

Our favorite things...

I love corn on the cob...and my daughter takes after me. Molly LOVES eating corn on the cob and has the funniest faces while eating it. Nora on the other hand just loves putting the butter and salt on it and could care less about actually eating it.

Our princesses

Nora is into playing dress up and Molly likes to join in. These are the typical outfits that the girls can be seen wearing around our house. Nora had all three babies and was taking them to school. She was the teacher and she said they were learning about writing their names.
